Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFO

- All orders are processed and shipped from Hawaii, Monday thru Friday. We do not ship on weekends or during major holidays. 

- The quality and delivery of your order is a top priority for Wana'ao Coffee. We make every effort to ensure all products are shipped in perfect condition.

- Orders are normally processed within 1 day from the time of receipt.

- Once an order is ready to ship, a shipping notification email with tracking information will be sent to the email provided.

- All orders over 16 oz ship via USPS Priority Mail unless FedEx 2-Day expedited shipping is selected.  Orders under 16 oz ship via USPS Ground.(about 5 days) 

- Delays may occur during busy holiday seasons.

- Wana'ao Coffee is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions. 

- Wana'ao Coffee is not responsible for packages confirmed by USPS as delivered that are stolen or go missing.  In this event, please contact your local post office.   

- We currently ship to all 50 states(including P.O. Box addresses) and APO/FPO addresses.

- We can ship internationally.  Please email or call with order details for a quote.
