When a coffee tree bears fruit, it ripens into a red cherry usually consisting of two coffee beans on the inside. Since there are two beans in a single round cherry, we get the typical coffee bean shape which is rounded on the outside and flat on the inside. Both flat sides are together with the rounded sides on the outside. Very rarely, in only about 2% - 3% of the time, the cherry never developed a second bean inside. Hence only a single round bean was produced inside. It never split into two beans, and only produced a small single round bean known as a "Peaberry". This small fully rounded shape bean develops with a sweeter and fruitier taste. Peaberry is ranked the highest grade of Kona Coffee. and the 'Best of the Best'.

We can offer this fantastic coffee in Ground or Whole Bean variant. However we recommend you get the whole bean and grind it yourself. Your coffee will be freshly roasted and will have a shelf life of six months. Once you open the bag, we suggest rerolling it tightly and clipping it, or using a Ziploc bag or an air-tight container, and keeping it stored in your refrigerator to preserve freshness. Everyone should spoil themselves and try Peaberry at least once!

- All orders are processed and shipped from Hawaii, Monday thru Friday. We do not ship on weekends or during major holidays.
