SHIPPING INFO
- All orders are processed and shipped from Hawaii, Monday thru Friday. We do not ship on weekends or during major holidays.
- The quality and delivery of your order is a top priority for Wana'ao Coffee. We make every effort to ensure all products are shipped in perfect condition.
- Orders are normally processed within 1-3 days from the time of receipt.
- Once an order is ready to ship, a shipping notification email with tracking information will be sent to the email provided.
- All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2-Day if expedited shipping is selected.
- Delays may occur during busy holiday seasons.
- Wana'ao Coffee is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.
- We currently ship to all 50 states(including P.O. Box addresses) and APO/FPO addresses. We can ship internationally. Please email or call with order details for a quote

To keep our coffees at their peak, we provide a “best before” date or a "roast date" on our products and recommend that you store your coffee in a cool, dry place. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, simply return the unused portion to us with proof of purchase or contact us with a detailed description and photograph(s) of your dissatisfaction, and we will be happy to replace or exchange the product.
